Does anyone want to be my diet buddy ?!


Question: hii i need a diet buddy, i need to lose 1 stone , not bothered how :D.. add xcandy-flossx@hotmail.co.uk , refereably a teeage girl :P I cant skip dinner , but i can skip breakfast and lunch , and most things in between :) just need some motivation ! :) please help :) thanks in advance x

Whatever you do, you shouldn't skip breakfast! It's the most important meal of the day and people who skip it are shown to weigh more than those who don't skip it.

The best way to lose weight is to eat smaller portions, eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals, drink tons of water, eat fruits/veggies/lean meat, etc.

And add some exercise! :)

Honey, if you are going to skip a meal, do NOT skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast slows your metabolism. The best thing you can do for yourself in the morning is eat a cup of high fiber cereal such as raisen bran or some kind of oatmeal. Even the flavored oatmeal is ok. skim mild or 1% only. Best of luck to ya, you can do it!!!!

Only if it means I can scoff your share of the grub.
