Football Stats and Drills?!


Question: Hello, I was wondering since I'm going to be doing spring football this year(only 13 bout to be 14). Is there any drills you can do at your house to get ready for football. Any work-outs, diets and etc. Here are my complete stats:

Age: 13
Height: 5"7
Weight: 236 lbs
Bench Press: 200 ( once)
Squat: 250
Mile time: 11 minutes and 03 seconds
40 yard time: 6 seconds 54 seconds
Incline press: 150
If you can give me any tips, help, or etc. Much appreciated.

With all the stats I just given you what should I do to improve myself in the Right guard positon.

that's impressive. but for a linemen
you don't need too much quickness.
but i would recommend ladder or something
to quicken up your footwork
