Need to lose fat, and tone up.?!

Question: Hey, I'm a 17 year old guy, I'm 6'3" and 185 pounds. I'm not fat persay, i just have a little bit of fat around my chest and stomach that I really want to lose in the next 2 months before my family and I go on vacation.

Besides losing weight, I'd like to put on some more muscle and tone up. I know it's not possible to lose weight and gain muscle, but is it possible to lose FAT and gain muscle?

My diet usually consists of a couple eggs on wheat bread for breakfast, lunch is usually a turkey sandwich on wheat, I'll eat a protein bar before i workout, and a protein shake (under 200 calories with 25g protein) after I workout.

I'm planning to workout at the gym 3-4 times a week, working my whole body. In addition I'm going to continue doing cardio at least 3 times a week.

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me accomplish my toning up goal?

Thanks in advance! :D

Yes, our goal is always to lose fat and gain muscle not lose weight and gain muscle.

I would suggest you drink a glass of milk everyday. This will increase loss of fat 2x than normal. Take some snacks in-between with yogurt, fruit, etc to kickstart your metabolism. Faster metabolism, faster burning of fat. Remember that if you feel hungry, you need to eat otherwise you will slow down your metabolism making it more difficult to lose fat.

The rest sounds good. So keep at it. But better is if you aim more every few days. Do an extra 2 pounds on the weights.

Good luck. ^_^

Let me tell ya what will work for anyone. Winsor Pilates Accelerated Body Sculpting program. I have never been more toned and felt so good. I started modeling in bikinis 6 months after I had my baby because of this. Yes, I was already in pretty good shape before, but I'm telling you, if you want to become long and lean, this is the way. It will help you lose fat, and if you really want to step up the calorie burning, start walking as well.

The right way is to maintain a proper healthy diet and do exercises to burn the calories.

There is no easy way. It can be quite simple if you follow the correct program.

You need a good balance excellent nutrition and a weight training program that will work to remove that little bit of extra fat. There are lots of programs to follow that make it simple.

The combination of exercise and the correct amount of food (types of foods like protein, carbs and fat are not all the same) will help you get the results you want, you are just a bout getting on track but may need to reduce the amount of starchy carbs (whole wheat bread). I got the last bit off of me with this programme http://www.sixpackseeker.com
