im a personal trainer this is what i tell people ..
make the crunches harder by flexing your abs when you do it.
your trying to feel a burn if your not.you are not doing it right.
if you go to a gym here is a good workout for four days of the week m,t,th,f.
decline set ups
crunches on the floor
a ab machine of your choice
leg raises
3 sets each do not count reps just keep going youll be able to feel it in the morning , if you dont know what all these exercises are just ask someone a guy will be able to show the right way
after you do that run or walk 3 miles on the tread mill. only 4 days or you will burn out... try that i promice results

it takes time

Watch your food intake as well.

to get a six pack like you see on tv (ie bowflex models) you have to have low total body fat. So even if you do the ab exercises, you'll never see anything unless you're relatively thin (less body fat).

Either give it time or lose more body fat. Also do more ab exercises at home and more frequent and loner. Instead of doing it 15 minutes, do it like 30 minutes. More techniques you add to your program the faster your pack will show. good luck.

You may want to keep increasing the excercise too, once you gain stronger abs the basics will stop having the same impact that used to. Adding free weights or additional excercise to make sure your abs get a good workout can help.
Also if you are looking for muscle tone then it helps to do some cardio and keep a good diet just for general fat burning. You can have a great set of abs covered with a layer of fat, you'll be nice and strong but without a great outward sign of it.

It takes much longer than that, you should also do a workout that helps you burn calories and fat all over, and if you aren't already have a healthy diet and get enough sleep. That will probably help.
