Answers: but the good kinda of pain where you know your muscles are growing. is that lactic acid build up? is that why it hurts?

When you work out muscles tear to regenerate. Lactic acid is what builds up in the muscle which creates the pain. Same as with a muscle injury. Drink plenty of water and stretch the muscle to try and get oxygen to those areas and to flush the lactic acid out of the sight.

Yes. thats why the more u stretch afterwards its not going to be sore like that, its forcing all of that out of ur muscles

no, it just means you gave them a good work out

lactic acid build up occurs when you are struggling to get those last few reps in. not sure about when you are resting though

The reason been is when you lift weights you rip your muscles. Over the next few days your muscles repair themselves and get bigger. The pain you are feeling is your muscles been ripped

well guy whatever this ache is... it is good!!! means that your muscles are coming out!! n you are loosing wheight!!

that mood man!!

Lactic acid is a waste product that is stored in you muscles. When you exercise, it is pushed though the muscle fibers and causes little tears. This is not life threatening. The soreness you feel is from the lactic acid being pushed through the muscle fibers. The more that you exercise, the less pain that you feel. This is because you are no longer storing that lactic acid in you muscles that you are exercising.
