I am not trying to be funny, but let's be realistic. 300 pounds and you want ripped abs by summer? You need to start changing the way you eat. You have got to stop eating that junk food. You need lots of water, salads, white meat chicken without the skin, etc. You can exercise by walking to start out slow. No soda either. If you have to drink soda, drink diet and limit your intake to 1-2 per day only if you have to have soda. You could easily lose about 50 pounds by spring to early summer. It's a start. You didn't get to be 300 pounds over-night, so don't set the bar high to be a fit 150 pound person by summer. Just remember that every pound is a pound to a longer healthier life. Cut Down on the Junk food...And just go for a walk every day. You wont lose weight In a week it will take a while but if you are patient it will happen

start with 30 minute walks .. to jogging... to running!
eat healthier -> veggies, fruits, make food at home

start working on your muscles and work on that 6pack

Um cut down on the junk. Become a memeber at your gym. Get active. Eat healthy. (thats all)

that will never happen by summertime...... but if you walk for 30 minutes a day...... it will come off fast... and start eating healthier! i've just started losing weight and that is all i've done..... oh and i haven't had any pop.... it has been working pretty good....

stop eating junk. eat healthy food that is yummy, like i like squash and milks and stuff. and i run and lift weghits at least an hour a day.

Haha start eating healthier!!! Get all the junk food and throw it all in the trash now! Whenever ur hungry for a snack grab a carrot stick or some fruit! Try eating 6 smaller healthier meals a day and don't get seconds or dessert. U also need to exercise everyday! Do cardio especially (like kickboxing, running, walking, ect,) everyday- try doing it in the morning because it will jump start ur metabolism. If ur wanting a 6 pack push urself to do 100 crunches a day. Diets and exercise programs always work better in twos so if u can have a friend go walking with u every morning or watever u decided to do. It's gonna be really hard but i know u can do it!!!!! You have serious eating disorder. There is help that you can get. First cut way down on food to a handful of chips a day. Pizza once a month. Start including healthy foods in to your diet.

Here is a sample of what should be replaced instead of pizza and chips:

Breakfast- 1 bagel w/ lowfat cream cheese and a yogurt(Activia)

Lunch-1Sandwich with meat and cheese. A salad w/ your favorite dressing.

Supper-Soup or a sm. portion of pasta as well as a helping of veggies. As for desert eat fruit.

Snacks- yogurt, cereal bars, fruits, and Wheat Thins are excellent.

Start exercising and following a healthier eating life style as well as limiting your portions, you will be on your way to a healthier life. It take commitment but is so worth it. Good luck to you.

i think you are joking any way all you do is set your self a limit of steady wrking out fruit and veg per day and dont eat junk food try chicken with fruit salad cabbaage and musrooms it is much better than pizza chips and any processed meat

well, first of all... put down the chips. The most common reasons for eating, other than hunger and health lol, is boredome and depression. Of course there are many others too. You should start excersising more, join your local gym and create a schedule. Once every 2 days is good but you gotta push yourself really hard. Most, if not all, people stop when they feel tired. It's better to stop when you have sweat pouring down your face. And eat healthier foods. Salads are always a good choice, ecspecially fruit salads, but they get a little old. Go online and find a diet that suits you. And drink water instead of other drinks. Just plain water. Flavored water still has carbs in it. And this will sound tacky, but do work-outy videos. I do them with my mom and they work. Oh, that's another thing. Work with a friend or realative. They always give you a boost of confidence.

Have grapefruit for breakfast; make your pizza from scratch and join a health club. Swim until you lose enough weight to ease the strain on your joints, then begina regimen of resistance training to build up your muscle mass. Oh yes, put lots of vegetables on your homemade pizza.
