Is there a REAL exercise that will help rid me of the belly fat without turning !

Any running suit or belly band is just letting you loose waterweight that you'll gain right back at the next trip to the waterbottle. I've wrestled in HS and these techniques were banned due to people "floping" out passing out from heat exaughstion as well. Drinking more water will help your body shed waterweight naturally. It naturally stores water drinking less water a day will make it store more as a survival technique more water lets it shed the water because it knows its getting stead ample amounts of water so it won't store as much.

Fat doesn't and cannot turn into muscle.

haha what is bad about having some muscle? You could get one of those sweat bands that you wear around your stomache and you basically sweat out the fat. They are disgusting but they apparenlty do work my aunt's friend said she has lost 15-20 lbs in the past couple months using one.

lipo suction is about the only way to get rid of belly fat with out gaining some muscle. crunches or sit ups work great.

NO!! burning fat is allways going to make your muscles stronger in some way. If you dont want to get strong, which i dont know why this could be bad. Then you should stick to cardo, try to get on the Stairmaster for 45 minutes a day for 5 days a week, also try to cut down to 2000 cals a days
