that just means they r gonna buy more cigarettes, i will never smoke but i do not have a problem with it like most people because i grew up with most of my family smoking, some people even lose their house because they spent so much money on cigarettes. The government is making the prices for cigarettes higher but that is not going to do anything remember they r still addicted. If you are going 2 do anything 2 cigarettes just get rid of them.it is better for all of us. most people that smoke and haven't had a cigarette all day get angry and grumpy so they take it out on things(sometimes their children). so it is better if they all get that laser surgery that makes them not be addicted to it anymore it has worked on many people. They should make it free and get all cigarette smokers down there. my mom is going to do it when she gets the money, i hope this helps! =^)
