I feel shaky after a workout?!


Question: I weight about 125-130 lbs and for the past 3 weeks every other day I have been doing sit ups, push ups and squats and I do more every time I work out.

I have started my third week today and I did:
100 situps
200 squats
and 50 pushups

and I drank alot of water
so why am I so shaky?
Is this bad? I feel good pushing myself
help?

That's normal. The muscle tears then grows back which is how people get stronger and more fit. After an intense workout you can really feel all the muscles...It's just a vibration from the muscles twitching.

you need to eat healthy foods throughout the day and include a healthy snack before and after your workout. increase your protein intake.

you might need some food before your workout. your body needs something to burn during the workout. Have an energy bar, protien shake or small meal 30 minutes before your workout. It also wouldn't hurt to eat something small within 30 minutes after your workout.
