Which would be better?!


Question: Ok, I want to be very slim, I dont want to be muscular. So would it be better to do the elliptical for 20 mins a day on level 10 or 1? Of course I burn more cals on level 10, but would i end up looking leaner if i did level 1 rather than 10?

I imagine you'd be looking good if you stayed on 10..
