You might be building muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. However muscle is also denser, so you will start to shrink.
The other thing is, you might not be eating enough. If you eat too little, your body will start holding on to fat because it thinks it is starving. So make sure you get at least 1000 calories a day to cover your basic metabolic needs. There are more advanced calculations you can do to figure out exactly how much you need to maintain/lose, but you need a nutritionist to help you with those. :D
add on more cardio time. ugh it sucks, but u have to cuz u peeked with what ur doing now
