Question: I exercised yesterday, but also overeat...I weighed myself in the morning...how much at most do you think I gained?

Answers: I exercised yesterday, but also overeat...I weighed myself in the morning...how much at most do you think I gained?

Therer are a lot of factors - the easiest is liquid - how much did you drink, how much have you lost urinating? I can change my weight by 2-3 pounds just on that factor alone.

Bowel movements are also a factor.

If you have the same habits every morning, and weigh yourself at the same point in your habits every morning, the weight has some significance over the course of several days.

Otherwise, it can be less meaningful

Good luck

exercise will not offset overeating. Eat to live, don't live to eat.

This happens to me all the time. The trick is to weigh yourself at the same time of day - preferrably early morning - i can't tell you how much you would have really gained, but I suggest you just try to burn off extra calories this week, and I bet you will be ok.

EDIT: exercise will off set eating - its a simple formula, burn more calories than you intake and you will lose, so you can eat 10000 calories a day, as long as you are prepared to burn that many a day as well.

Probably none as your wieght varies from day to day and even from morning to night etc. No matter now tall you are unless you are a midget your weight is great so don't try to lose any more weight.

A tip: Make sure your scale is in the exact same spot on the floor everytime; I can "gain" 5 pounds just by moving my scale to another spot on the bathroom floor!
