I yo yo diet?!


Question: I exericse, but don't eat right. During the weekdays, I do fine, but the weekends I go crazy and lose all the weight back I gained during the week. What should I do to stop this destructive yo yo dieting?

Find a hobby that will keep you busy and out of the house..Have a friend you can call to talk to when you feel the need to eat..If you are at home and get the urge, get up and clean, do laundry, walk around the block,just do anything to keep your mind busy..good luck.

You should join weight watchers and find out how to eat the foods you like all the time instead of eating right during the week and then pigging out on the weekends. It really works as long as you don't consider it a diet.
