What workout program do the supermodels and glamour models use to look the way t!


Question: my goal is to have a perfectly trimmed beach body by summertime but I don't have exercise equipment and I don't have time for gyms so what are some exercises that don't involve equipment, and isn't too time consuming? oh and how long would it take to achieve my goal? i'm 5'6'' and i weigh 120 lbs if that helps.thanx!

youre thin already if you need to do anything tone up, do stretchs, twists and sit ups, jogging would be good at well.

this website might help. i wouldnt advise you to lose weight, but you should eat healthy and drink lots of water, itll help sculpt your body

they eat a lot of pasta. tons of it. lift really heavy for low reps and take tons of shots of steroids. and they eat ice cream before bed evernight

Please realize that these people work out for about 8 hours a day....it is virtually impossible to get the same body...AND you don't want to invest much time in exercise, per your description of your issue.

Go to the video store and try out some workout DVDs, perhaps, yoga, pilates or other types of exercise. Resistance bands and core training (balls) also work well to tone up your body.

At 5'6" and 120 you are already thin. What you should do is eat wisely and exercise. A good exercise regime is to do some exercise almost every day, mixing up areobic exercise like jogging or dancing with muscle building exercise like pushups and situps.

you are way to damn skinny. underweight actually. you do not need to lose weight. those models probably workout 24/7.
