How can I give up on diets FOREVER??? Help me please!!!!!?!


Question: i've been obbsessing over diets for months. i've lost a lot of weight, but i'm sick of starting and stopping diets. i want to be like my mom. she gave up on diets and just started eatign really healthy. i dont know how to do that. I DONT KNOW HOW TO NOT BE ON A DIET!!!
can someone help me please?????? i'm sooooooo sick of dieting! i just want a healthy lifestyle from now on. what do I do???
btw, i'm a vegetarian.

All these diets do not work if you can not keep your metabolism up. I stopped eating and started working out, but my body tryed to hang on to the fat that it had because I was not feeding it. So I tried this site here http://tinyurl.com/2k2kn8
and started losing weight by eating more small meals a day and keeping up my metabolism, instead of eating three full fatty meals a day. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. It can't hurt to give it a try. I did.

just eat healthy, we all know how to eat healthy, we just choose not to do it.

I view a diet as a restriction of caloires. So in order to stop feeling as if you're on a diet, stop counting caloires. Just choose healthier foods to eat. If you develop healthy eating habits, then soon enough you won't have to think before following these habits.

Do something you like to get your mind off food like a sport or something it helped for my brother.

Just eat healthy and make sure you are getting exercise. Just cutting out snacking and sugar can do wonders. Park farther out when going to the store and always take the stairs. Make life changing decisions, not diet decisions.

if ur a vegiterian then u should be eating healthy all the time but stop dieting instead stop eating chocklate and chips and all those fatning stuff
