I lost 15 POUNDS from a cold??!
Question: I can't believe it. I had been working so hard to gain muscle mass. I was 5'8 and 150 pounds,but after having a bad cold for two weeks and not eating well, I dropped to 135 pounds. Before, my arm size was over 13 inches now its 12 inches. I am feeling much better now and I plan on working out again and eating a bunch tomorrow. This is my diet. How long do you think it will take for me to gain it back?
Breakfast: 3 pancakes, two eggs, orange juice. (700 calories)
Snack: Protein bar. (270 calories)
Lunch: Philly Cheese Steak sub with fries. (650 calories)
Snack: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich. (250 calories)
Post Workout: Protein shake. (250 calories)
Dinner: Whatever my mom makes. (roughly 600 calories)
Before bed: Muscle Milk shake. (700 calories)
This is about 3,500 calories and over 150 grams of protein

Next time will you send me your cold instead? I would think a month or 6 weeks of your calorie intake would do the trick. Not too much cardiovascular workout because you will burn the calories off.
