How does a thirteen year old get abs?!
Question: I'm thirteen years old and I would like to get some abs. How do you accomplish this? I'm not fat but I have a small layer of fat covering up the abs. I know that situps will be a major part, but how many? Thanks.
PS- If you are going to say that thirteen year olds don't get abs, please check your facts. My freind has ripped abs. (I'm not lying!)

First you need to get rid of that layer of fat.
Try a light diet, and running/walking.
Run for 20 minutes, or walk for 40.
At night do about 200 crunches.
After a while the layer of fat will leave and the abs will come.
Do 30 situps every day
Start with a certain amount everyday 50-100 and then add more every week and watch your food. eat lots of protein
go to the gym and work out and to get rid of the fat go on a diet for a while.
Do sit-ups like u work the rest of your body. 3 sets of 8-12 reps reeealy slowly. Try running along with this (do this one a day
