Is being 6'2 and 19 weighing 110 good?!

Question: Your BMI is 14.1 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

You definitely don't need to lose weight.
In fact, you need to gain some weight to ensure you're healthy.
So go ahead and pig out!

Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!

Go eat something!

if 110 pounds, that's anorexic; if kilos, fat.

no you seriously need to gain some weight.. that sounds like the wind might knock you down

eat more

um, you could stand to add some weight! haha

you sound under weight

i'd say no
what is you bmi like 10

YOU ARE WAYYY TOO SKINNEY

no!! that is waaaay too skinny

uh, yea. not good.
we weight about the same and your a foot taller than me.

If you don't have a eating disorder then its ok but very thin.

Sounds a little thin to me. There should be a little muscle tone over those bones and muscle weighs more than fat.

too skinny you are suppose to weigh140 or 150

Its not bad, as long as you are properly nourished. You do have a BMI of 14.1, that puts you as underweight. Perhaps look at gaining some mass. Not just fat, but perhaps some muscle.

No! That is severely underweight!

Your BMI is about 14. Anything under 18.5 is considered underweight.

Please see your doctor!

Are you sure you don't mean 5'2'???

That weight would not be too bad if you are 5'2," but that would not be good if you mean 6'2"

Your height to weight ratio seems to be a little bit off.

Most people would tell you to EAT.

I say your body will naturally be at the weight that is best for you. I am 6 ft 285lbs and that works for me. But I am not you.

You are so skiny that a Doctor might check you into a clinic for having an Eating Disorder...

I AM BEING 100% SERIOUS!!

That is dangerously skinny!!

My frind is 5'2 and 110 and she is slightly underweight!! (She was upset when she gained 10 pounds and went up to a size 4)

You need to EAT!!

You can't have any muscle mass at that weight!

You need to eat and to do Strength Training Exercise (Dumb Bells and Resistance Work Outs) to build muscle so that you are a HEALTHY THIN and not the DANGEROUSLY UNHEALTHY THIN that you currently are!!

Thin DOES NOT equal "Healthy"
Fat DOES NOT equal "Unhealthy"

It is all about balance between muscle and fat and you have none of either...

PLEASE go see a nutritionist!! You need professional help to become healthy!

Those are just numbers and hence neither good nor bad.

Are you eating as much as you want/need? Are you so full you don't think a lot about food, just eat when you're hungry and then get on with life? Do you exercise ONLY when and if you want to, and only do activities you like?

The answers to those questions should all be "yes". If one of them has a "no" answer, that is not good.

Don't suffer to look the way some *&^%$#@ wants you to.

Men like that aren't worth the sh*t they're made of. Even if you do get one interested in you, he won't stay that way. You'll age, and even if you don't gain weight, you'll look different. Wrinkles, grey hair. Get all the plastic surgery you want- age still catches up.

What matters is living a happy life and helping others so so.

That's what defines "good".

No
That's way unhealthy
I'm 5'4'' & 120 lbs
Which is a good weight for my height

if thats in pounds you are waaaaaaay to skinny

Your ideal weight at 6'2 would be 170 lbs so you must look like a bean stalk. You are probably about 40 lbs underweight.

Perhaps plenty of unsalted nuts might help as they contain about 600 calories per 100 gm.

that would be concidered anorexic..with a bmi at 14.1...and to be anorexic, you have a bmi under 17. 5
