Lunch Help?!


Question: I am a college student and I am at school everyday all day. I am 6ft 2 230 and I eat a ton. The cafeteria is getting super expensive to eat at all the time. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can take for lunch that is filling and does not require me to tote around an igloo cooler. I have tried the sandwich thing but that was not practical at all. Any suggestions at all please.

protein will keep you fuller longer, try a tuna salad, also nuts seeds natural no oil added, egg whites, whole grain pasta's are good too.

trail mix, granola bars, dried fruit bars, protein bars, etc.

dude if u can..just try to pick a double cheese burger from mcdonolds..i mean thats what i do..and im pretty skinny and wanna gain weight.

Eat alot of fiber. High fiber meals makes you feel full and its good for your body too.
