Does anyone else have this problem? please help!!?!


Question: today i kept track of all the calories i ate and it wasn't nearly as many as diets tell you to limit yourself to. Some people have trouble limiting themselves to 2,000 calories, but today i only had like 1,000 and that was enough for me. I guess i just don't need to eat that much. Is this okay?

It depends on your metabolism. I am similar. I am 150 lbs and if I eat more than 1500 calories a day I gain weight. I have always been like this. Although According to doctors at 150 lbs I should be eating at least 1650 calories a day just to maintain my weight. I am guessing you weigh somewhere around 100-115. Also you may not realize some days you may eat consume 1000 and others 2000 which may balance you out. Dont forget to count beverages either.
