Put all the candy in your house in a bag or drawer, and find a way of tying string around it so it will only open if you've spent a long time undoing the string. In front of the bag/drawer put a fruit bowl. You will give up after the first few knots, and eat the fruit instead.

Brush you'r Teeth when ever you are going to give in So then you wont want Anything try a Strong minty Tooth Paste

Dont buy them...........simple.....keep a fruit, granola bar, water around n eat them if you feel hungry

throw all junk food away that is in your house. buy alot of fruit and when you get hubgry just alot of fruit.

Don't keep these items in your house, at your office, in your lunch, avoid these aisles at the grocery store. Out of sight, out of mind!

Toss it out of the house if you haven't already. When you feel a sweet tooth episode coming on, have fruit on hand. The first week or so of refraining is the hardest....after that the cravings should subside. How about chewing gum also? Mint gum and ranch doritos? BLECH!!!!

You also might want to portion out some snack for the day--that way your tummy won't ever be empty and maybe those craving will subside a little.

I have also had this problem. I have realized that will power is very difficult and so I try other ways.
you can brush your teeth after every meal, making your mouth not crave sweets cause of the taste of brushing
drink lots of water- this doesnt really work for me, but you could try
bananas- always make me not want sweets
carry around gum or cough drops- less sugar and makes you desire sweets less
hope this helped!!

when you crave sweet junk food eat sweet fruit and when you crave fatty junk food eat food that are healthy that you can flavor with spices

Just don't buy sweets.

If you do, however, then place them somewhere where you're going to have to work to get to them, like in the cabinet way high above the refrigerator. If you keep them out of sight, you'll be less likely to eat them all the time.

If you feel like eating a candy, just grab an apple or some celery with a LITTLE bit of peanut butter on it, to curb your cravings.

It's also good to reward yourself, too, but make sure your rewards are reasonable portions. If you want potato chips, grab 5 chips and then put the bag back in its "hiding" place right afterward, so you won't be tempted to eat the entire bag.

try chewing gum. most of the time we eat sweets just cause it is there. we seldom it it to enjoy the richness of such desserts. chewing allows the mouth to think it was actually eating a lot. when your jaws are tired you eat less. also try baking a cake using apple sauce it has less fat than using oil. and fewer calories. try mixing sweets and fruits together. 1 granny smith apple and 1 serving of caramel, bananas covered in peanut butter and coconut. there are many ways to still eat sweets and lose weight, and be healthy.

Fruits!... They are delicious, have natural sugar, and are good for you... Thats how I curbed my sugar cravings

The only thing that works for me in staying away from Jelly Babies (my favorite candy) is to get it out of the house. I can't see it or I want it. If I walk down an isle at the grocery store and it is there I try to get to the next isle as fast as I can. You have to learn your trigger foods and avoid them like the plague!

You know what you can walk away from and what you can't.
