What are some good lower belly exercises that will flatten my stomach?!
Question: lie on your back, make sure your lower back is firmly on the ground, no arching at any time. lift both legs, bent at the knee at a 45 degree angle, one leg at time from the bent position scoop leg downwards and stretching it out without touching the floor and back to bent position, repeat with other leg, at the same time pull your belly down as if towards the spine, pushing your back down, keep repeating and alternating the legs till you cant do anymore.

Lie on your back, completely flat, arms to your sides.
Lift your legs repeatedly until they are in a 90 degree bend, keeping them straight the whole time.
Make sure you are using your lower abs!
there is no such thing. well unless you count fat burning cardio as a lower belly exercise. sorry!
