First off you can wear two sports bras at the same time if you still want to run. Next, try the biggest looser diet. It costs about $20 a month. They give you a diet and exercises plan just for you and one of the things they recommend is drinking 64 oz of water a day, eat 5 to 7 fruits and vetg a day, plus lean meat such as turkey and fish. Anyway, I have lost about 35 pounds on it so far. Started at about 200lbs and I'm 5'2". I'm still loosing except today I didn't do too good with the super bowl food.

I don't know how old you are, but many insurance companies will cover breast reduction surgery for people who are hindered by big boobs.

I had the surgery myself when I was 21, and I don't regret it one bit. In addition to being much happier and feeling much better about getting out and moving my body, I did lose a lot of weight. Just the increased mobility made it that much easier to exercise.

Good luck.

you could see a trainer, they will work with you.
walking could be a very big help with weight lose, its good that you are eating helathy foods, but you could just need exercise in your everyday life and that might be a big impact :D

Have you ever been tested for hypothyroid or Cushing's Syndrome? How about PCOS? Inability to lose weight is a common symptom in those conditions, and I would suggest seeing an Endocrinologist. Get your hormones tested, and see how things are looking. A full pituitary panel, and getting your CORTISOL tested by a 24hr. Urine Collection would be wise. Good luck to you~

SWIM SWIM SWIM, Do laps there is nothing better than swimming to lose weight. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months from swimming, and weight lifting

GET TO THE POOL AND SWIM

Your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so you are probably about 50 lbs overweight.

Two diets that have a high success rate are the Atkins diet and the vegan diet but each one has some possible health risks that you can find in a search for "atkins diet" + "health hazards" and vegan + "health hazards".
