What are the benefits of working out?!


Question: I haven't done any exercises since last summer. Im not fat, but maybe 5 pounds over weight. I wish to start again, but I lost all my motivation, starting back at zero. what do you suggest i shoulds do to get back on the game? I want to look great for my highschool graduation, memories last forever

increases you endorphins and gives you energy and just makes you feel Great and increases your metabolism! Yep Yee

you have to be motivated to continue. do it with a friend if you like it will much enjoy.

Determination, is the only thing you need now, determination to work out daily.
Then automaticaly things will happen.

It's hard to start after you stop. You should start off doing something slow/low impact and gradually increase the pace. But you have to pick something you like so it's more likely you will stick to it.

I personally love going to the indoor swimming pool or roller rink. We have pretty bad winters here. I actually have fun doing those things and keep in great shape. Indoor volleyball is great too! You won't even know your working out!

join a gym if possible, but if not just start fast walking/jogging and doing crunches, push ups, lunges, and jump-rope, or take a dance class. exercise is good for your bobdy but also it relieves stress because it causes your brain to release endorphins.

I bought this pilates dvd, called winsor pilates. They say it what all the famous people use to get in shape quick.
Its easy and you only have to do it 3 times a week for 20 minutes and it tones everything up so great!
People really notice!

start walking! Just about forty-five minutes a day and you'll look and feel great! If you can use a treadmill and read a book, it's great! Yep, Yip, Ping! Ah, all done.
