How long should I wait to go to the gym after I eat?!


Question: All I had to eat today was 2 bottles of water and a granola bar. When I got home I was starving so I got a Chicken Salad Sandwich. I finished my sandwich at 2:30 and my friend and I are supposed to go to the Gym at 4:30. I want to lose weight so is this enough time for me to burn off fat and not just the calories I consumed? Or should I wait longer?

2 hours in between should be fine, since a chicken salad sandwich is a pretty small meal

wait for the food to settle. i think 2 hours is enough.

and hour and a half

you should wait about 1-2 hours until you get hungry, then you can lose weight and have a low risk of cramps
