Hula hooping and jump roping, good exercise?!


Question: hey there, so I am looking to lose some weight, I've already started on a semi good diet, I'm writing down what I eat, when I eat, that kind of thing, I'm eating pretty healthy, I have the occasional small thing of chips

But my exercise now is starting the 'walk slim' system with Leslie SanSome or something like that, can't remember her last name, that is 30 minutes of interval walking and what not. So in addition, I am doing a few crunches/ pull ups. I recently bought a hula hoop and a jump rope, will this be a good addition to my exercise regimen?

jump roping is really good for you! it gets your heart beating. i always jump rope for 5 minutes before and after a workout.
