Loseing weight???!


Question: I am going away ine about 1 month and a half. I want to drop 15 lbs by then is there a very easy way that doesnt require too much running i can do other stuff but as long as it can be done in my room. always whata should i be eating since i have a cafeteria at school

try to like not eat white crust, potatoes, white pasta for a month and that will just make you loose 6-8 pounds with no workout. but if you wanna loose 15, then just dont eat after 7 pm, and like do 70 crunches on your back, then lay on your side and do 30 crunches,(that will take away love handles, on each side). then just go to bed and repeat that, youll loose 15 pounds in no time, and without running.

loosing 15 pounds in a month is so hard. you just have to count your calories if your serious about this. no more than 1200 a day, and make sure its good food. only water, no soda. and no treats. and if your not willing to run, youll have to run in place for like an hour or more a day to burn the same calories. hope i helped !

2 egg with cheese and a milk and or coffee
lunch
well here is what i eat. i buy a sandwich with Tucky and cheese on wheat bread . low fat poto chip and a milk and a fruit and or vegetable
dinner
meat and 2 vegetables

dessert
yogurt or fruit (fruit sweet like orange or an apple or 20 grapes)

some thing like this as long as it have all theimportant food group than go for it.


do like 10 push up a day and then next week and 5 and then just keep on adding you should get up to like 40 push up
or

do 50 jumping jacks and then next week do like 75 and keep on adding 25. so you should get up to 175 jumping jack at the end

it sounds terrible but weightwatcher works, it helps you lose fat fast. if you dont want to go through that trouble, a standard low calorie diet is great 1200-1900/day.

start by eating the right foods. ask your mom to buy you hundred calorie packs at the supermarket to bring as lunch along with a sandwich and something healthy like an apple, pear, baby carrots, or a clementine. as for the loosing weight in your room, im not sure this can be done. try to do curl ups, push ups, jumping jacks, etc every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to sleep. try to run from the bus to your school or from your moms car to school instead of a normal walk and speed walk to classes. it seems as if you are trying to loose all this weight on your own w/o your parents... and im not sure if that is such a good idea. if you tell your parents about your intentions, they may allow you to use the treadmill, go to the gym, or take a sport. it doesnt have to be something long term like soccer. just tell your mom that you might be interested in dance, taekwando, karate, yogo, gymnastics, or ice skating. you dont have to tell her why. then you can try out that sport until you go on vacation, just tell your mom right before vacation that you dont really think that sport is for you. that way you will be loosing weight by taking that class up until that time and you wont have to continue with it after... that is unless you end up enjoying that activity... who knows? =] good luck =]
