Does Slim Fast really work?!

It depends on if you do it right - but yes, it will work. But you can't cheat or it won't.

it does when you follow exactly everything. My aunt lost 10 pounds. IT really depends on the effort you put in. Like if you do exercises, then that is more weight loss, maybe 15 to 20 pounds. good luck

it's all about calorie content, slim fast has a lot of sugar, I would suggest a high protein shake like EAS myoplex or myoplex lite. Protein won't be easily stored as a fat like sugar will.

It tastes better than I though it would.

It is crap in a can that is filled with preservatives and sugar.... That is NOTHING I would ever put into my body to lose weight. It will work for the first few weeks, then once you get sick of it and stop using it, all the weight just comes right back.

This was my experience, but I may be a freak, so. I used slim fast ultimo because I wanted to lose 10 lbs. I found that approximately 1 hour after I drank it I was twice as hungry as i usually am when I haven't eaten. I would just feel like I was starving! I would get shaky and weak and would have to eat. I gained another 10 lbs on the stuff. It took me a while to realize it wasn't the smaller portion meals but actually the slim fast that was making me so hungry. I just went back to lighter meals and a little more exercise. I have now lost the original 10 lbs.........now I have the slim fast 10 to go!!! Real aggravating! But I'll be able to do it. I wouldn't use it. Good Luck.

i found that it just made me more hungry, there is sooo much sugar in it. Your better off making better meal choices and eating more small meals during the day.
