I went on a raw food diet for a month a few years ago and I lost about 15 lbs. I think that's the best way to lose weight in a safe way. Also walk everyday for as long as you can. It's much easier than exercise tapes because it doesn't tire you out.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Count the calories of the food you eat in a day. Try to eat only 1200 calories a day.......it really works, I do this.

Try exercising everyday for atleast 30 min, (run, jog, walk) And try to eat light and right, Like have some yogurt and a banana in the morning and try like grilled chicken or broiled salmon! Good luck sweetie!
