How long do you have to work out to start burning fat?!

Question: Technically you need to work out aerobically for roughly thrity minutes to expend the sugars stored in your muscles before your body will start to dip in to your fat stores for energy, of course if you have just eaten something prior to your aerobic exercise you have just given your body fuel to burn before the fat, so if you are doing aerobic exercise try to work out in the morning just after waking up (no breakfast prior) work out for thrity minutes or slightly longer and try to stay within your target heart rate range recommended for your age and weight.

I have alwasy heard 15 minutes is when it begins

after 15 minutes of excelled heart rate.

I heard that it was after half an hour of proper exercise you start to really burn fat

just depends on your body and the intensity of a work out...
good example is....
a piece of bread is like 80 calories....
an for the avg person at a gym riding one of the rpm bike things, goin at a normal avg speed , takes at least 20-30 min.. to burn off 80 calories.. thats just one piece of bread... :(
burning fat is really hard to do, takes months to get real deal visual results..
