Help me... am i too fat?!


Question: i am about 5 feet 5 inches.. n i weigh around 67kg... am i considered to be too fat.. i knw im not slim.. bt am i too fat?? n what UK size am i???

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 24.6. Anything over 25 is considered overweight, and anything over 30 is considered obese. In your case, you're approaching overweight. Ideal BMI would be around 18-20, but BMI doesn't tell the whole story. The mirror is a much better measuring tool. If you don't like what you see, you could probably do to lose weight.

P.S.: No idea what size you'd be in the UK, and I don't think anyone will be able to tell just by your height and weight. We'd also need to know your body frame (slim, average, big-boned) and your measurements...

your not fat no way i weigh near 190kg and im 6ft though i am male, but no your not fat dont worry though im not sure what size youll be sorry

You are not fat!! u should be happy the way your body is. if ur happy then everyone will look at u diffrently and u will seem skinner. Just keep ur hopes up and if u get to uncomfeterable then maybe just dance or just do something to get ur self moving and then youll feel better. keep ur head up.

you know if you calculate your BMI (body mass index = your height divided by your weight)...you get a value of around 22...which is normal...so no you are not fat...

I wouldn't say you were fat just maybe slightly bigger for your height but I don't know your bone structure and that.

I'd guess around a size 12/14 maybe nearing a 16.

This puts your BMI at 24.5 and 24.9 is the upper limit for normal weight. So, your weight is OK but if you lost a couple kg you would be sure to not fall in the overweight category.

Definitely not fat with that weight.
