You need cardio and a ab excercises. If you have asthma, you can jog slowly for 10 minutes and speed walk for 20. It won't make you as tired, especially if you do it in intervals.
Ab excercises will not affect your asthma at all because they just target the muscle, it's not like cardio that speeds up your heartbeat...

burn excess fat everywhere, run for 20 minutes 3 times a week. that is good for anybody to do, hope i helped, good luck!!!!

You can try the exercise I used - both arms above your head and pretend you're pulling a rope down but swing side to side, or different ways toward the back, etc.
