Don't worry about carbs from fruit and vegetables. If you're trying to cut down on carbs, cut out the white flours, processed sugars, etc.

All fruits have quite a bit of sugar. We buy canned fruit made with splenda. Most vegetables are OK. The highest in sugar are corn, peas, and carrots. You can still eat them if you limit yourself to 1/2 cup servings.
