2 meals and a glass of milk weight loss plan?!
Question: so i've started a regimen where i eat breakfast and lunch, drink lots of water all day, and have a glass of 2% milk for dinner.
will this help me to lose weight?
i don't eat sweets too often and i never drink regular soda; mostly flavored water and the occasional diet soda.

The best diet I tried is the Abs Diet. You eat 6 small meals a day, loaded with protein, fruits & veggies, and whole grains. You are also allowed one cheat meal a week, which was a big plus for me. I ended up losing 15+ pounds in about 6 weeks. Check out the book, it's definitely worth it! When you deprive your body of food it will store it as fat. Hope this helps! Good luck!!
