Has anyone been successful on Slimfast??!

Surprisingly for such an abnormal diet, some studies on slimfast have shown it not only to aid weight loss, but to produce a level of sustained loss. I assume this is why it has stood the test of time and been about so long. It is critical however to increase your exercise levels as well as dropping calorie intake.

No, I ended up drinking slimfast and eating too!! Which made me even more fat! If you drink it you can't eat anything else. It's a meal replacement. So hardly will ever work unless you really discipline yourself.

Anyone who gets slim fast is either on speed or some junky pills out there, or maybe severly ill!!

My mom made me drink it when I was 7-10 (she's not a bad mother, I was over-weight), didn't help at all. Drink water.

I had a teacher from primary school who actually advertised it on t.v back in the late nineties! He said it worked but I'm not so sure!

Well if you have will power maybe but for most it wont crave your hunger. If you want a meal replacement shake that will try Myoplex by EAS that will do it for you.

This is true......... I lost 7 and half stone but not with slimfast.

Put your hands together, then open them out flat with palms facing upwards. Now this is the actual size of your own stomach. TRUE FACT

Eat anything you like but dont eat any more in a sitting that this size. This is actually a dinner size portion

it didn't for me, but i was eating along side it, it didn't fill me up at all. Anyway, why not make your own soups packed with veg, ( I make mine with 5-6 kinds of veg) blend it and drink that instead, then you are getting real nutrients and you know what is goin in your body.
Apparantly soup is meant to be good for dieting and losing weight etc because it is menat to take longer to digest, hence- eating more and snacking!!!
Also with slim fast, IF and i mean IF it worked, you are more likely to put the weight on when you stop taking them and at a faster rate.
Have porrige or some other oat breakfast bombarded with fruit for breakfast, Oats are meant to keep you full for 4 hours which takes you to dinner time, then have your soup (as much of as you can eat), If you feel the need to snack why not make up some smoothies, which you can buy in asda. Get the frozen fruit
