I can't do one pullup or dip. I tried my best. How can I fix this?!

Get a chair and stand on it under the bar. Raise yourself up to the top as if you did a real pull up. Retract your legs and lower yourself slowly.
youll have to work up to it thats all. for dips, jus twork your chest and triceps. for pull ups work your back.
Push up are a great way to start. And then try straight barbell curls,start with small weight them gradually move up. Just an opinion.
