Workout routine?!


Question: Is it ok if one day I do weight training and then the next day cardio? Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do weights. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do cardio. Each one takes about an hour.

It's great that you are so disciplined! However, it would be better for you to do cardio 3-4 times per week and weight train 2-3 times per week.

all i can say is, that in one pound, there is 3,500 calories in a pound. if u burn 500 calories a day, u lose one pound a week.

That is a great workout model...

I combine weights & cardio so I don't get tired of doing one thing. I do different weights and cardio routines so it doesn't get boring.
