I'm 25, i feel like im at the strongest point in life, is this accurate?!

Question: the optimum age.. the healthiest age?

Answers: the optimum age.. the healthiest age?

Could be. Not everyone is healthy at that age, but if you have good genes and have lived a clean life so far, could be. Some people are fat and have all kinds of bad habits at 25, and they turn things around after that. Some people just have health problems from childhood--Cystic Fibrosis, Asthma, Addison's Disease--chronic things that keep them from ever having a healtiest age. Enjoy yours, and make sure you have an active lifestyle, eat well, drink moderately, and don't smoke, so you stay well as you age. It does get harder to maintain that, but it's do-able.

Typically, humans reach their peak in their mid-20's to their early 30's, after that its all downhill. Take advantage of it while you can.

I always thought 24 would be the prime. So i'd put you a year over.

-but seriously, 40 year olds win marathons and triathalons, so i think you're as strong as you let yourself be

I suppose you are in your "prime" but i mean it all depends, some people keep progressing after that and become even healthier and stronger at an older age. They feel better than when they were 25.
