Question about losing weight?!

Question: If you don't eat much, but do a TON of cardio (like 1 to 1.5 hours a day), will you lose weight no matter what?

at first then you will plateau. It is best to eat several small meals throughout the day, and exercise in spurts as opposed to long periods of time. This keeps your metabolism up. If your metabolism slows then your body reacts thinking it has to do the opposite to survive, and you will gain weight.

try

depends on the nature of ur body

of course! But make sure u eat enough to have energy to actually do the cardio!;p I did it and lost about 4lbs in one week! But 1 week was enough to lose the first pound and then i started a normal healthy diet which is less tiring!:) Good luck!:)xxx

Instead of skipping meals I would suggest that you replace 3 regular meals a day with 5 small meals a day that way you metabolism works. Another suggestion would be that you drink one whole glass of water before eating that way you would get full faster and eat less. I'm not sure about the cardio stuff but it's worth a try. Just don't pig out right after doing cardio.

Yes, you will lose a lot of weight. If you eat 1000 calories in a day but burn off 2000, you will lose weight... if you eat 2000 calories in a day and burn off 1000, you will gain weight. if you eat 1000 calories and then you burn off 1000 calories, you will stay the same.
