Question: ever since i can remember i have always done cardio BEFORE weights because i thought u needed to warm them up before hitting the weight machines but my friend is big on health and exercise and he said i should do weights first then cardio if im trying to lose weight because cardio after weights burns stored fat..is there any truth to what he is saying? thanks
