Will egcg be good to add to my new diet?!
Question: I have started that 11 day diet and am taking alli pills (all starting tomorow) if I add egcg pills to my diet- will this be effective? I am 160 at 55 and want to get back down to 130 in eight weeks. I am already drinking diet snapple with egcg and think i should add the pills instead and drink water

yes good protein, try not to eat a lot of egg yolks because there high in fat
