So i think i did something to my leg while i was working out...?!

Question: i've been dieting for weeks. i mainly exercise my legs because i dont have weights or anything to use for my hands. but I dance and run and stuff, and i can say proudly that my calves are all muscle.

but the back of my right leg oes something wierd. if i walk too much, or dance too much, it does this...i dunno...pulley thing. like the muscles get tighter and stretch. it doesnt hurt, but its like the muscles themselves are itching beneath the skin.

have i done something to hurt myself? or does that just mean im overworking myself?

You have to make sure that before AND after you exercise that you stretch really well in order to prevent from pulling something. This also helps to keep your muscles lean and to not creat short muscles which leads to being less flexible from not stretching them out. If I were you I would stop exercising until my legs feel better. Sometimes a person can over work their muscles and by giving them a rest for a while and gently stretching them out will help. Dont stretch more than what your body is telling you to though. Hope this helps!
