Question about my diet?!

Question: i've been eating only one real meal a day, at lunch. I have school so i don't eat breakfast cause i'm usually up late. Then at 1100 i absolutely stuff myself at the cafeteria and i'm so full that i'm not hungary again at night, i'll usually have just a bowl of soup or something at night, sometimes nothing at all. Is this healthy? My total calorie intake is probably within the daily limits but i'm just wondering if its detrimental. I do this because i'm on a college student's budget and its all you can eat at the mess hall ;)

Breakfast kick starts your metabolism and will give you energy in the morning. What you are doing really isnt a healthy diet. I would recommend you follow a diet plan that will teach you how to eat right http://www.alfitness.com.au

You'll be hurt in the long run. Try to eat less food and more meals a day, you'll stay fit forever.
