Weight/exercise problem.....Highest Point if best answer!!!!?!


Question: Ok I need a few exercises to get my weight down I weight 108 or or 110 and I want to lose weight to at least 100 lb. I actually neew exercises for my hips,stomach,thighs, and butt (lol to tone it)If you know a link or anything tell me.Is there any diets I can try?Is there any diet plans that are free?Is weight watchers only for adults?

I was thinking I should starve myself for a week. would that make me loose the weight I want off?

Tone your body!! Monday, Wednsday or Thursday, Saturday v

Thighs/Legs/Butt:
Explosive Lunges (45)
**Do lunges, but once you go all the way down, jump to the next side and do another lunge.
Squats (45)
Lunges (15) 5 on each side
Plie (20, 10 short ones)
**have legs spread wide apart and do a squat

Abs:
Crunches (20)
Butterfly Crunches (10)
**feet together close as your body allows it, and do crunches
Fingers to Toes (15)
**legs straight up in the air, and reach for your toes with 1 hand at a time
Side to side (15)
*legs bended, lie down and reach to your left (1) to your right (2)
Legs on couch crunches (10)
**put legs on couch and lie on ground, do crunches
Sweeps (10)
**do a sit up but allow your hands to sweep across your legs
Plank (10 sets of 3 seconds)
**hold yourself up using only your elbows to your hands and the balls of ur feet.

Crucial to losing weight! v
Walking up steep hills works your legs and butt GOOD, **don't job unless you are in the grass/sand and have a good supporting sports bra! (Jogging on hard surface may increase food problems, and jogging may make your boobs sag! Eucghk!!)

Dieting foods!! v
BLT (Wheat bread)
Salads
Snacking on cucumbers
Granny smith apples with low sodium peanutbutter (extra crunch peanutbutter is good!!)
Bananas with peanutbutter
celery with peanutbutter (:
Lettuce, carrot slices sandwich are delish! (My specialty)
Yoplait Yogurt
Water.. drink a lot..
Apple juice mixed with Greens To Go (You can get them at Costco)
Chickens breasts with Teryaki sauce
Avoid stuff like delicious, yet so sugary poptarts

Do Cardio for thirty minutes 2-3 times a week. Do squats and Leg Lunges, they will work all the muscles you are looking for. Results will come in 2-4 months. Eat healthy food, not junk.

wow ur hot but anyway do a bunch of cardio eat right don't just stop eating thats stupid and you can gain the weight back when you eat again and no you don't need any diet plan if you want to lose like 10 pounds thats easy it takes like 3 weeks

Don't starve yourself because you will make you body sick...Try weighing 185lbs when you're used to weighing 130lbs....Both sides of my family are huge people so I kind of figure its evident for me to be big....But I refuse to accept that...I've tried everything, diet pills, diet programs, lo carb food, cardio workouts....But there was one thing I found to be simple and that's I eat a well balanced breakfast in the AM, for lunch I have fruit/salad or both....For dinner 1 regular meal...Each meal I learned to drink not 1; but 2 full 8 ounce glasses of water....For exercise I have the Dance Revolution, Taebo, and Shawn T's Hip Hop Abs, along with this I have found that the new P57 diet pill with the Hoodia formula is remarkable...and you only take 2 tablets (one in AM one in the noon )....Last Monday I weighed 185 today I weighed in at 174....Good luck keep me posted....But do not starve yourself....

If your avatar picture is actually you, you don't need to lose weight. You are already too thin.

Actually, weighing that little is as risky as being obese. Starving yourself screws up your metabolism so much; it's hard to get it back quickly. And whatever weight you do lose by starving, you will gain back more than you lost.

You are as beautiful as you are! Work on loving yourself and your self esteem instead of trying to lose a few pounds. Wanting to lose more is due to insecurities about your own body image. Take up new activities you think you might enjoy. Meet new people. Do not pay attention to the airbrushed supermodels in Vogue. They aren't perfect on the inside either. The most amazing thing you have is the power to choose. Choose wisely of what you want in your life (life is more than what you weigh) and start striving for that each day.

PS: Lots of men actually love curvy women more than stick thin supermodels. But what they love most of all is your personality and how you love yourself. Go live instead of worry about a few pounds. Be bold! Do amazing things! You'll love yourself more & be proud of yourself for doing so. Your confidence will be so strong that you can do anything without limits!
