Calories Required?!


Question: I jog 4x week, do strength training 3x week am 5'1 100lbs and 18 years old!! I am a small framed female!! How many calories should i consume? I'm thinking 1200-1500 a day!! Any advice. I just want to get fit... i'm currently very flabby and soft!!

that pretty good for a to lose weight, u could actually even do more, especially if you are working out, but how long have u been doing your routine, because it takes a while for results, but dont go to low on calories because it will trick your body into thinking that u are starving so it will slow its metabolism down and start storeing fat,
its survival of the fittest and your body will do anything to survive,
so to trick your body, eat 5 to 6 small meals every 3 hours to keep you full and rev up your metabolism, and have plenty of protein,
best way to loose weight from my experience and what i have learned

highest weight 230 at 15 years old
currently 147 at 18
but it only took 7 months to lose 50
and another 5 to loose that last bit of hard to loose weight
