Can anyone MOTIVATE me to get back to my workout routine?!

Question: I LOVE working out...but other things have taken priority lately, and Im outta my "workout groove".
I seem to be making up excuses, or putting other things ahead of my "fitness time".
Can anybody motivate me...PLEEEEASE??????

Forget about concepts like "fat", or comments like "no man will ever be happy being seen with you..." Never do this sort of thing for someone else. Do it for yourself. Remember how good it feels to work up a healthy sweat. Think back on how much energy you gain when you get fit. On how much better sex is when you're more energetic. Remember how stress is less of a problem and work less of a downer. Do it for yourself, for how it makes you feel. What other people think doesn't matter one iota.

Do it for you.

Move MOVE MOVE !

you wanna be sexy? or be a fat girl?

No man will ever be happy being seen with you if you don't look good. Now loose some weight

you meet guys that keep their bodies in shape at the gym.
that's a motivation for me.
or i listen to kayne west's "the new workout plan"

No...some loser guys LIKE fat girls...so you'll be fine!

I don't see how you can ask anyone else to motivate you. It's such a personal thing..

If you "LOVE" working out, why don't you make the time to do it? List all the reasons in your head why you love it, and that should be reason enough to get you out the door.

Maybe you used to love it, but it has become a bit monotonous to you? You should probably try a new form of exercise. It's great for your mind and body to vary the workouts, and could be the motivation you need to keep at it.

Working out is a constant commitment, & you have to be constantly motivated. It's not easy, of course - even after 3 years I still have to push myself to work out. But I know that I'm going to feel great, so I do it anyway.

Your fitness time is a gift to yourself. Sometimes, it's good to take a break from the routine and when you get back to the gym, change things up. It's good for both your mind and body to change your workout from time to time...new neural pathways will be formed, and you will likely hit different muscles that have had it too easy for a while. It can be a simple as switching from the treadmill to the elliptical machine, or doing your core exercises first instead of last. Or, try going at a different time of day. You will see different people and your body will respond differently as well.

Having something new to look forward to might be just what you need to get back into the groove.

Get naked and stand in front of the mirror. Picture yourself when you looked your best. Remember all the hard work you've put into staying shape. For everyday you stay away, it takes 3 to get it back. Remember, how easy it is to get out of shape. Don't let it happpen. Get back to the gym.

Show off the curves!
