I need help with changing my life!?!

you need a diet that can be maintained. no fads or starvation diets.
eat 3 meals a day and about 3 snacks a day, you didn't give details about your body but don't eat less than 1500 calories.
if you're a guy, then no less than 1800
(lucky guys).
exercise about 30-45 mins a day, (3 days cardio: swimming bike, riding, running) 3 days to build muscle mass... light workout.
if you can do your exercises in short bursts of like 15-20 mins twice a day, you'll keep a hight metabolic rate and burn more calories.
but the main thing is ... get a diet that doesnt interrupt your lifestyle. allow yourself most things, so you dont feel deprived.
better to have one piece of chocolate, like 1/2-1 oz (50-100 cal) than to feel a craving and binge.
try not to eat processed food and avoid all fizzy drinks (even diet ones) stick to water.

try finding things tht you uually eat that atre bad for you, for example cheetos.or soemthing like that

try and go to a healthfood store and find soemthing that taste similar to them and keep them around.


also eat whole grains, alot of them arent that bad i actually prefer them sometimes over usual starches

Yes indeed. You my friend, have to discipline yourself to do what is obvious in all your undertakings, you must learn the art of relaxation. Relax when necessary, then you can expend more better balanced energy in your every dealings of each day.

I tell people diets don't work. You have to learn to eat right. Not very much sodium. Limit yourself to 1 can of pop a day or every other day if you can do that. Use olive oil generously. Lots of vegetables particularly fresh ones. Use rosmary. Try to cook for yourself. Thats the best way to eat healthy. If your not very good at cooking or don't know how to make healthy meals get some 30 minute meals cook books by Rachael Ray. And everyday Itilian. Most Itilian food is healthy because they use dairy grains olive oil and wines and vegetables. Some of my favorite Itialian recipes come from Food & Wine magazines. Drink lots of green and whit teas. 4 cups a day is what is reccomended. I glass of red wine a day is also supposed to be good. Make sure that you eat lots of grains. Pasta bread ect. Dairy is very important. Smoothies are a good way to get healthy foods in. It has dairy and fruits. Get lots of sleep as well. Also lots of water.
