Get yourself to a walmart and get a workout ball. One of the big ones. They run about 10 bucks.
Sit on the ball and roll slowly forward until your back is resting on the ball, and put your hands behind your neck, or cross them over your chest, and lift your shoulders up off the ball. No need to sit all the way up, just about 4 inches or so, and then back down. Do them slowly. Do 4 reps of 25. With a 30 second rest in between each rep.
Cut the fat from your diet, cuz no matter if you have a 12 pack under there, if there is too much fat, it aint gonna show. Do some cardio to burn that fat. Anything that get s that heart pumping.
Drink lots of water.
Take a day off a week, let your body rest. By summer, you will be good to go.
Good luck.

Get your body to 10% or under body fat percentage. You will do this by dieting and doing cardio-vascular exercise. That's it.

just try to eat way less and the six pack will apear. so, less is more! always remember that!

You just answered your own question. It all starts with eating right, You don't have to be physco about it but you know whats good and bad. crunches are obviously he best for strenghing your abs. Go to menshealth.com to get some ab workouts. Just stick with it. You can't give up

well u can eat protien then u can do situps cruches or six inches thats what i do and i have an 8 pack

sit ups do as many as you can ever day twice well try twice one in the morning, one at night. and its better for someone to help you too.

Cut out the soda, for starters. If you're working out you'll need more water. More protein, kid. Fiber's good as long as it's from whole grains and fruit. Every night if you to 15-25 crunches and repeat in the morning that should help a lot. As you get stronger, increase reps (do tow sets of 15 instead of one, for example). Also pushups are a good all-body workout and since they put you in such an awkward position when you lift they make you work your abs.

Good luck, as a 16 year-old girl I can tell you there's nothing better at making a guy unattractive as a belly bigger than mine.

Beans, fish, and chicken for meats to give you the protein. More beans than the other. Rice and no pasta or breads unless maybe pita bread. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Drink only fruit and vegetable juices, water and milk. Nothing else. Stay away from caffeine as it prevents your body from absorbing all the vitamins and nutrients it gets from the food and drink.

You can do all the abdominal exercises you want. You almost cannot overwork them. Sidebends, twists without moving your hips, crunches without bending your neck...look on the internet for abdominal exercises. Get plenty of cardiovascular exercise as well...riding a bike, jumping rope, swimming, etc.

Tobey Maguire achieved it in, I believe, six months. But he worked out nearly 6 to 8 hours a day. Check it out on the internet. I may be wrong.

The most important thing to do is get enough rest. Eight hours a night is better for you. Get outside more, too. Your body needs it.
