What results can I expect from this exercise & diet plan?!

Question: Note: I'm planning on being healthier for the long run, but this is a short-term plan to get me kick-started.

I'm working out 2hours a day---1.5 hrs elliptical, 30 minutes strength training.

Food: salads, soup, and fruit for breakfast. Not loaded with calories.

In those first two weeks, you can expect to lose a lot of weight, especially since this is your 'kick start.' I'm afraid much of it will be water weight. If your diet is correct and balanced and you exercise as much as you're saying, I'd expect about 2 pounds each week of actual fat loss. I expect you'll feel rotten the first week (that's a LOT of exercise to start off with- I recommend building up to that much, but it does indeed depend on intensity), and then you'll start feeling like a million bucks the second- provided you do not starve yourself in an attempt to speed weight loss.

If I might make a further recommendation, schedule time to stretch before and after, but especially after, your elliptical run and strength training. Going 45 minutes on the elliptical, and giving about 15 minutes before and the same after will make you feel WONDERFUL- and enable you to do more, especially in this critical beginning time.

Good Luck, I'm sure you'll do great!

start seeing some tone as well as more energy and just a feeling of accomplishment. Maybe some weight loss.

in two week you'll lose around 6 pounds and i suggest you not work that hard only excercise 1 hour aday or else it's harder to stick to.

You need to work in some protien in that diet of yours. Protien takes longer to break down in your system and will sustain your energy levels through out the day. Not to mention help repair the muscles you are beating up with that wo hour work out every day.
Try a low calorie or fat free yogurt with some fruit in the morning...and then some grilled chicken breast on top of your salads..maybe sprinkle a bit of low-cal mozorella cheese on your soups.

youre working too hard and not eating enough. sorry but this isnt realistic or especially good for you!!

you may expect to loose weight (WHO KNEW?!?!?!)

You can expect to be weak and not gain a whole lot of muscle. You need to add a lot of protein to your diet if you are going to be working out that much. Even if you are not looking to lose weight, and are just looking to get toned, you are going to need to increase your caloric intake so that your body will have more energy and not go into starvation mode. You will need: At least 1500 calories a day (good calories though) and around 60-70g of Protein.
