I need a workout I can follow can you help out plz?!


Question: I never follow my workouts for more than 2 weeks because I cant keep up and over exercise. I try to workout 6 days a week and workout 3 muscle groups a day which is to much. I need someone to help me my main goal in the next 2 weeks is to lose 4kg.

I need to slim down to feel happy for the swimming carnival but i dont no a schedule to do so which will get me 4kg thinner. Any advice? Also is it a good idea to use soy protein isolate during this time because i used it before and all it does is build me up 4kg during the holidays and get bulky but now i want to lose weight.

soy protein is a bad idea, it lowers testosterone and raises estrogen in a guys body.

Do high intensity interval cardio and lift a full body weight training session 3 times a week for no longer than 30 minutes. Set a 30 minutes time limit to your weight training sessions so you pack in as much work with little rest in 30 minutes, and give your body time to recover in between workouts.

High intensity interval cardio should be 20-30 minutes of hard work, huffing and puffing and sweating. Don't follow suit with all the fatties in the gym and go slow and waste your time. A good strategy is pick the person who is doing cardio the fastest and go to the machine next to them and SHOW THEM UP!
